Construction underway on U.S. 331

The Florida Department of Transportation has a $12 million transportation improvement project underway on U.S. 331 in Walton County. The construction work is expanding U.S. 331 to four lanes between the U.S. 98 intersection and the south end of the Clyde B. Wells Bridge across Choctawhatchee Bay. Safety and drainage improvements, new sidewalks and bicycle lanes, and new traffic signals are also included in the project.
